I believe
InfuSystem will continue to grow as a specialty service company because our customers know
they can count on us to service equipment and ship products on a timely basis. It
sounds simple, and it is, but it really is just a point of meeting the customers'
basic needs. |

About InfuSystem, formerly First Biomedical, Inc.
Our History
First Biomedical, Inc. (FBI) was founded in May 1998 by Tom Creal and Dan Wassall.
Originally, FBI focused solely on renting and selling infusion pumps. As the business
grew, its scope expanded to include selling and servicing emergency services equipment and
selling a wide variety of disposable items. The company's presence in the equipment service area also exploded, and we began to build a full-service,
in-house biomedical department.
In June 2010, InfuSystem, a leading supplier of ambulatory infusion pumps and related products for the outpatient oncology market, acquired First Biomedical, Inc. In the years since the acquisition, InfuSystem (previously FBI) has maintained its high standard of customer service while expanding its customer offerings. InfuSystem is a publicly-traded company (NYSE:INFU) headquartered in Madison Heights, MI.
Currently...
Today, InfuSystem is a leader in the infusion pump industry.
InfuSystem employs more than 60 professionals in three full-service office locations and multiple
delivery-only stations. We provide infusion pumps and pump administration sets
to meet alternate
site and hospital customers' medical device requirements.
As the self-proclaimed "Pump People," we rent, lease, sell and service a wide variety of I.V. pumps,
syringe pumps, enteral pumps, and related infusion products and medical devices. Our customer list includes some of the country's
foremost
healthcare institutions, including Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and City of Hope
in California and Children's Mercy Hospital and Alternacare Home Care in the
Kansas City area.
From our headquarters, centrally located near Kansas City, from our office in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and from our office
in Mississauga, Ontario, we can ship rental IV pumps to anywhere in the
United States and Canada for arrival as soon as the next day. We maintain shipping facilities in several major
U.S. metropolitan areas to meet the high demand for same-day delivery of infusion pump rentals
in those areas.
Our in-house service department provides a full range of infusion pump service
and repairs for nearly all makes and models of infusion pumps, no matter how
recently they've come to the market. Our biomedical technicians are
manufacturer-trained and knowledge-base educated, and share more than 185 years
of industry experience. We pride ourselves on our prompt turnaround, accurate
repair estimates, and dedication to continual improvement.
The Future
InfuSystem believes its growth is due to the company's dedication to customers and to employees alike.
We plan to continue improving and expanding our facilities and the technology and training available to our staff and therefore to our customers. In the chaotic healthcare market, we know we must constantly stay on top of the technology curve. We will continue to expand the products and
services we can offer to our customers, to make infusion easy for you. As a part of InfuSystem's corporate group, we anticipate being able to provide more options with greater benefits for our customers. Contact us today to find out how we can meet your needs.
Happy Holidays from InfuSystem's Growing Staff!
