 First Biomedical recertifies, recalibrates and repairs medical equipment, IV pumps, defibrillators,
lasers, SCD's and other medical devices, including most general hospital
equipment.
Our years in the industry have helped us develop strategic alliances with local and national companies. Teaming up with these companies and individuals means
we can professionally service almost every kind of equipment you own. Our biomedical

On-Site and Off-Site Service
First Biomedical offers two convenient service options based on your location:
- On-Site Medical
Equipment Repair
Our experienced team travels in a 100-mile radius from Olathe,
KS, to provide infusion pump and medical equipment service at your facility, whether it
is a hospital, surgery center, clinic or other type of medical facility. We offer
annual contract services as well as one-time visits.

- Off-Site Medical
Equipment Repair
We make annual preventative maintenance and necessary repairs convenient for
you. Our in-house technicians (an entire building full of capable, trained
people!) can professionally service almost every kind of medical
equipment you own. Basically, if you can ship it to us, we can repair it!
How To Get Started
The first step to requesting service or repair of your equipment is to obtain a Return Goods Authorization
(RGA) number. You can get your RGA number in one of three ways:

- Print out, complete and fax the RGA request form (pdf) to us at 913-764-5282.
