Infusion Pump and
Medical Equipment Service and Repair
Infusion Pump Service and Repair
InfuSystem certifies, recalibrates,
refurbishes and repairs nearly every infusion pump in the market today - from
the older Sigma 8000's and Baxter FloGard's to the newer technology of the Sigma
Spectrum and the Alaris 8000. If a manufacturer trains third parties to
repair its pump, we have completed their training and are authorized to repair
that pump.
InfuSystem has three "Centers of Excellence" in North America. Our main
office is centrally located in the Kansas City metro area; our other offices are
in the Los Angeles and Toronto areas. This helps us provide you with the
most efficient, targeted service possible.
Besides infusion pumps, ask us about how we can service your defibrillators and
AED's, as well as your centrifuges, pulse oximeters and vital signs and patient
monitors.
Industry Experience, Plus Continuing Teaching and Training
We've recruited the most innovative, dedicated, experienced biomedical
technicians we can find. Our team includes experts who have worked at
Smiths Medical and Curlin Medical, military veterans who are accustomed to the
strictest quality standards, electrical engineers, and technicians we have
trained from the ground up. This vast reserve of knowledge and experience,
combined with weekly information-sharing meetings and informal, on-the-spot peer
education, sets our benchmark for service and repairs incredibly high.
Whether you get troubleshooting assistance on the phone from one of our
technicians or receive back your infusion pump without ever speaking to a
technician, you can be confident that your pumps are in professional hands.
Strategic Alliances
InfuSystem's years in the infusion pump industry have helped us develop
strategic alliances with nationwide service and supply companies, plus several
leading medical device manufacturers. Teaming up with these individuals
and companies keeps new products, new repair methods, and cutting-edge quality
standards in front of us at all times.
Troubleshooting Assistance
If you need troubleshooting assistance, call us at 1-800-658-5582. Our
service coordinators will promptly transfer you to the technician who can best
answer questions about your particular IV pump. In some cases (i.e.,
common nuisance alarms and set-loading issues), our coordinators themselves will
be able to help you.
We are here to make infusion easy for you - and that includes solving problems
over the phone if we can, so you don't have to ship your IV pump anywhere.
If you do need to send us your pump, whether it's for certification or for
repair, please be sure to first get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number
from us. You can do this in one of three ways:
- Call us at 1-800-658-5582.
- Print out, complete and fax the RGA request form (pdf) to us at 913-764-5282.

Need Adobe Reader? Get it here.

- Complete the online RGA request form.
