Regulatory Compliance
First Biomedical, Inc. complies with all state and federal regulations regarding
the sale of medical equipment, including the Safe Medical Device Act. We register
all equipment purchases and sales with the appropriate device manufacturer, as instructed in the Safe
Medical Device Act. We are fully insured and carry product liability insurance.
First Biomedical, Inc. holds a wholesale distributor pharmacy license.
Warranty
First Biomedical, Inc. offers a standard 90-day warranty on all preowned
infusion pump purchases. When we sell new equipment, we will match the manufacturer's standard
warranty.
Our standard warranty covers the cosmetic condition of the pump when it arrives
and guarantees that the pump will be functioning to factory specifications. The
warranty also covers any pump repairs, not due to negligence or damage, during the
warranty period.
Extended warranties are available on any pump purchase, for an additional fee. Please contact your sales rep for details about our extended warranty offer.
If you are purchasing equipment, our trademarked EZ Lease™ is another way to buy equipment with a longer warranty period. Please
contact your sales rep for details.
We warranty any repairs we make for 90 days. We warranty our base CADD repairs for 12 months.
